Wondering about your current health status and would like to have an annual laboratory check or unable to secure an appointment with your PCP? We’ve got you covered! We can help you assess your current health status by checking CBC, CMP, TSH, A1c, Lipid Profile and Vitamin D. This visit includes lab interpretation and general advice; prescriptions would not be included. If identified to have concerns regarding bloodwork, must book separate sick visit.
